A strange and unusual town built under Central, below the ground, Velladiral is far more busy than its surface counterpart. It's often cold down in the town due to the distance below the surface, but those walking the streets of Velladiral often can't see the "ceiling". Loaded with taverns, inns, and man, many shops, it's a wonder to many why some even bother trying to live in the Central.
